Payments & Security

Only payment methods enabled for the customer’s checkout will be offered.

Payment processing

Online payments will be processed by connected payment providers. XWART Storage does not intend to store raw card numbers or card security codes on the website.

Order confirmation

An order is treated as paid only after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Failed, cancelled or pending payments do not begin fulfillment.

Currency and conversion

The checkout currency is shown before payment. A customer’s bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or international transaction fee.

Refunds and disputes

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where possible. Customers should contact us first so we can investigate an order before a payment dispute is opened.
