Delivery availability, cost and estimates depend on the destination, parcel weight, dimensions and selected service.

Order preparation

After payment confirmation, applicable products are purchased into the local fulfillment workflow, received, checked and packed before dispatch. Handling estimates will be shown with the product or during checkout before the store begins accepting orders.

Our standard bundle packaging

Our standard sale unit is a nested room-organization kit. Smaller pieces are packed inside larger pieces, removable parts are packed flat, and the set is protected in one five-layer corrugated carton measuring approximately 40 × 30 × 25 cm with a target packed weight of 4–5 kg.

Shipping rates

Product prices do not include international shipping unless a product is specifically marked as including or qualifying for free shipping. The customer’s shipping charge is calculated for the delivery address and shown in the cart or checkout before payment. PayPal receives the confirmed total of products, shipping and any checkout taxes that apply.

We may use regional rate tables or a connected logistics provider. A method is not guaranteed for a destination unless it appears during checkout, and an order cannot be paid when no valid delivery method is available.

Choose air or sea freight

Air Express is intended for retail and smaller orders. The available service and charge are shown for the delivery address before PayPal payment.

Sea Freight / Bulk Order Quote is intended for business buyers and larger orders. Add the required products and quantities to a quote request. We will calculate packing, chargeable volume, destination port or address, service terms and shipping cost. After the customer accepts the offer, WooCommerce creates the payable order and PayPal processes the confirmed quotation total.

Tracking

When tracking is supported, the reference is added to the order after dispatch. Tracking events can take time to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties or local handling fees. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact customer care as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, an address change may no longer be available.
